Job Board

The job board is a powerful feature in Nanny Logic that enhances your hiring process. It serves as an interactive platform where you can post job openings directly from job orders and share them in various ways, such as providing a link or broadcasting the job to specific candidate groups.

With the job board, candidates can also express their interest in a position, and you will receive notifications while automatically adding those candidates to the job’s candidate list as potential fits. Additionally, the job board can be seamlessly embedded into your website, further expanding your reach.

To add a job order to the job board, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Nanny Logic account.
  2. Access the main menu and click on “Job Orders.”
  3. Locate the desired job order using filters or the job list.
  4. Look for the “Post Job” button located in the upper right corner.
  5. Fill in the necessary details for the job posting.
  6. Toggle the “Enable on the Job Board” option to ensure the job is visible.
  7. Set the status to “OPEN” to indicate that the position is available. If you make a successful placement and want to indicate that the job is no longer available, return to this section and select “FILLED.”

Candidates will be able to browse the job board within their portal, conveniently located in the left-side menu. This empowers candidates to explore and apply for relevant positions easily.
