Include a Stripe payment page following form submission

Workflow: Create a form -> Add steps for Esign and Payment -> Add the form link to an email template -> Email the template.

  1. Make sure you have your product fee created and your document added to Documents->Resources
  2. Create a form for clients in Company->Forms
  3. If you intend for the client to already exist in the system when they sign and pay, then choose a Client Only form as the form type.
  4. If you want to present the esign and fee at the very beginning before the client is in the system and you want to also collect information about what they’re looking for to generate a Job Order for the client as well, then choose Client + Job Order for the Form Type.
  5. Once the form is created, click on the pencil icon on the form and go down to Add Steps, choose Yes and add steps for the following:
  6. Sign a Document
  7. Product Purchase Checkout
  8. Reorder them as needed and Click Save
  9. Next, click on the Form builder button on the form
  10. Click the Text Block in the Tool Box to add text letting the client know that they will be signing a document and paying a fee as the next steps on the form when they proceed.
  11. Delete any built-in questions from the form you don’t need, but keep the name and email boxes, which will be auto-filled with their information.
  12. Now you can use the form link in an email template. (If the client isn’t in the system yet, then you can just put the form on your website without using an email template. The form will create the client profile, the job, and collect the payment and the signed agreement.)
  13. Go to Company->Automations and create a template.
  14. Choose Client as the Type
  15. Triggers are optional
  16. Create your email message and drag-and-drop the form link placeholder into the message body where you want the form link to appear.
  17. Click save.
  18. Now you can send the email to a client by going to the client’s profile, clicking the Email button, and choosing the email template to send. This way the system knows who’s submitting the form, esign and payment, and the agreement will auto-attach to the client profile upon completion.
