Custom Contracts/Documents

Crafting a personalized contract allows your clients and candidates to input information into designated fields, streamlining and optimizing your onboarding process.

  • Create a template in Resources
  • Electronically send the document for e-signature
  • Receive notifications upon signing.
  • Signed documents will be attached to the respective profiles

Drag-and-drop values

Tailoring your documents has never been easier. Utilize the drag-and-drop feature to incorporate fields into your text—whether it’s an initials box, a name entry box, a signature box, a date stamp, or a fill-in-the-blank space. For added versatility insert images and hyperlinks as needed.

To create a custom contract please follow these steps:

>Navigate to the left-side main menu and click on the Documents Tab

>On the documents tab, select RESOURCES

>Click on ADD TEMPLATE

>Enter name, description and template content

>You may add images and hyperlinks by clicking on the appropriate icon

>Using the Drop-and-drop values, add fields for your applicants to manually enter information. You may also add a signature box and date stamps.

>Click on ADD

>You now have a template contract/document!

To send these documents, simply go to the e-sign tab and search for the applicant you’d like to send it to and you may track when the document is viewed/open and signed.
