Now you have the flexibility to personalize your candidate search based on your own criteria.

Follow these steps to customize your search fields:

• Navigate to the Candidates’ Tab
• Click on the gear icon next to “Search”
• Select which questions from your forms you’d like to use for searches.
• Condense search bar questions by using vanity labels.
