Statuses – This feature enables you to track the progress of every candidate, client, and job order, providing instant visibility providing clarity, and facilitating automation.

You may also add color! By utilizing color-coded statuses, you can instantly determine the progress of your candidates and jobs at a glance. Your statuses are a step-by-step system as you go through the placement and screening process.

To access Statuses please follow these steps:

• Login to NL
• From the main menu on the left, please select “Company”
• Under “Company” select “Settings”
• Scroll down to Statuses
• Under Statuses you’ll notice 3 sub-sections:
  • Job Order Statuses
  • Candidate Statuses
  • Client Statuses
• You will need to enter the status name
• If you choose to highlight the status using color coding, please select the color you’d like to use for each status
• Make sure to save your progress!
